In October, the school-run factory of Xinjin No. 5 Middle School was established.

1973
In October, Xinjin No.5 Middle School Electric Appliance Factory was established, and it began to produce low-voltage current transformers.

1974
In November, the first 10KV current transformer was designed and manufactured.

1980
In December, mass production of more than ten types of 10KV current transformers was launched. With the continuous expansion of its scale, the enterprise was renamed Xinjin County Transformer Factory.

In October, the first 10KV voltage transformer was designed and produced.

1985
In September, it was renamed Dalian First Transformer Factory.

1987
The first large-scale technical upgrading and transformation was carried out, and the company moved from Tangfang School to Liujia, Taiping.

1996-1997The second technical upgrading and transformation was completed, and an epoxy (production line/workshop) with leading domestic technical level was established.

2000-2002
The third technical transformation was carried out, with a high-voltage transformer production line and a high-voltage transformer workshop established.

2001-2002
German insulated busbar production technology was introduced.

1999-2000
A batch of high-voltage current transformers with a voltage level of 110-225KV was trial-produced, and mass production of high-voltage transformers was initiated.

2002
In December, Xiamen Dayihu Electric Co., Ltd. was established. It was the first time that a transformer production base was set up outside the province, with the service scope extended to the southeast coast.

2003-2004
An insulated busbar production workshop was established, and a batch of insulated busbar products were successfully trial-produced, which passed the product quality certification.

2004
In November, it acquired Dalian Jinye Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd., making it a subsidiary of Dalian First Transformer Group.

2005
In January, Shanghai Dayi Mutual Inductance Electric Power & Electrical Co., Ltd. was established, and a Shanghai transformer production base was set up. The company's products and services have radiated to the Yangtze River Delta region.

2010
In March, the plan was made to establish Dayi Transformer Industrial Park in Puwan New Area. The registered address was moved to Haiwan Industrial Zone, where the technical transformation with the largest current investment and scale was carried out.

It will be fully relocated to Haiwan Industrial Zone in October and officially put into production and operation.
