In September 1972, Wang Jiyuan, as a physics teacher of Pulandian Secondary Vocational and Technical School, was commissioned to establish a school-run instrument transformer factory.

From 1987 to 1989, tens of millions of CNY were invested in factory's construction. This factory covered an area of 35,000㎡, with new building of 9,000㎡, and purchased domestic epoxy resin casting line and testing equipment, so that the enterprise has got rid of obsolete production mode and manual operation-based process.  

From 1996 to 1998, additional 15 million yuan was invested to build a new plant with 6,000㎡, and to set international advanced level of pouring equipment and   new epoxy resin pouring automatic line.

Since the 21st century, he actively faced challenge of revitalizing manufacturing industry, made resolute decisions, invested hundreds of millions of CNY, reformed company's medium-voltage manufacturing technology, improved equipment level and production capacity, and implemented high-quality products strategy.
